Confidentiality of Student Information
First ArtWorks appreciates your trust and is absolutely committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. We do not reveal any of your information to any outside party for any reason. As part of our normal operating process, we receive student information from each school with whom we host a First ArtWorks Art Show. This information consists of students' first name, last name, homeroom teacher, and grade. We treat this information with the utmost security and confidentiality and only use the information to assist with the art show event.

To protect your child's identity, only their first name will appear on our site. Each child will be assigned a unique Access Code for viewing art online. This access code will not be released by First ArtWorks. If a parent/guardian loses the student's access code the parent/guardian may only request the code from their school. We do not, at any time, confirm or deny that a child attends a particular school.

Framing packages for the original art may be purchased by a parent, guardian, or family member with the approval of the parent /guardian. All original art where the framing packages are not purchased, either online or the night of the art show, will be returned to the school.

Privacy Policy

For each visitor to our Web site, our server may recognize and collect the consumer's domain name. We recognize when possible, but do not collect, the consumer's email address. We do collect email addresses of those who communicate with us directly via email and we collect information volunteered by the consumer such as survey information and/or site registrations. No information is shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

With your permission, you may receive information about First ArtWorks events, news and programs. When you receive any email, you will always have the option to decline future electronic communication.

Site Security
This Web site secures your private information using an SSL Certificate (issued by a major certifying authority), secure servers and sophisticated encryption technology to prevent your personal information from being compromised or tampered with in any way. Our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. Our industry standard encryption ensures no one can access or use your personal information.

Return policy – up to 30 days
If the purchaser is dissatisfied for any reason, within 30 days of the purchase, First ArtWorks will refund the full purchase price of the framed unit upon return of the frame and all components (minus the art).
 
Return policy – after 30 days
If the purchaser is dissatisfied with the framed unit after 30 days, upon return of the frame and all components to First Artworks, we will replace the framed unit (minus the art) for the life of the product.
 
Delivery/purchase policy
You may purchase a framing package for your child's art in a variety of ways:

> Purchase the framing package and pick up the original art at the school-wide art show the night of the event. Shipping costs do not apply.

> Prepay online and pick up at the school-wide art show the night of the
event. All original art will be on display at the art show. If you do not pick up the pre-purchased framing package art the night of the event, your framed art will be shipped and your credit card charged with shipping and handling. Our goal is to ship within two weeks following the art show.
 
> Phone in your order using your credit card by calling 678.455.3856.

> Order the original online for approximately two weeks following the art show. Our goal is to ship all orders within two weeks following the event. Reproductions may be ordered online indefinitely.
